Anneliese Louise van der Pol is an American born Dutch actress and singer - is the daughter of a Dutch national. She is well-known for her stage work as well as for playing Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sister show Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has a Dutch background she is an American singer/actor best known for regular roles on the TV program That's So Raven. She was featured in fourteen projects that included TV shows and short films. Her major credit includes Shalom Sesame Divorce. She was a part of more than fifteen TV shows. Van der Pol has a performing career as a singer and also recorded a variety of tunes in the name of The Walt Disney Company. She appeared Off Broadway as well as in Broadway in 2007. The vampire spoof of 2010 Vampires Suck, directed by Jason Friedberg Aaron Seltzer featured her as the main character. van der Pol landed a starring role in Disney Channel Original Series That's So Raven as the charming Chelsea Daniels. Raven-Symone, Orlando Brown, along with Kyle Massey also appeared. Chelsea Daniels has remained one of Van der Poli's most renowned roles, both for adults and teenagers. The actress received high praise for her ability to portray such an extroverted and somewhat dim-witted character which was initially viewed as impossible due to her role in more serious films in the past. In 2006, she portrayed Heather in Kim Possible. One of her very first voices was in this role. In the year 2011, van der Pol guest starred as Ronnie as part of Disney Channel Original Shake It Up. Van der Pol recorded several tracks to Walt Disney Records, including the song she composed together with Raven-Symone and Orlando Brown for That's So Raven's soundtrack. She has also recorded Over It for the soundtrack of the Disney Channel Original Movie Stuck in the Suburbs. Van der Pol is a ex-member of The Disney Channel Circle of Stars which was a supergroup made up of Disney Channel stars. She recorded R&B/pop versions of The Lion King's Circle of Life as well as Cinderella's Dream Is a Wish your Heart makes. In 2006, she performed the Disney song Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) to be used in the edition Disneymania. As Belle van der Pol on broadway, she has recorded many songs which were included in the production soundtrack. One of these songs is the classic A Change in Me.
